Return & Exchange Policy

We’re here to make your parenting journey softer, not harder. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on undergarments or final sale items.

2. How to Start a Return

Please email us at service@themossriver.com with the following:

Your order number

The item(s) you'd like to return or exchange

Reason for return (optional but helpful!)

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our end (e.g., wrong item, damaged product).

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Let us know — we’re happy to help if stock is available.

Exchanges are processed as a new order once the return is received and approved.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’re truly sorry. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order — we’ll make it right, immediately.

6. Return Shipping

For most returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to an error or product issue on our part, we’ll cover the shipping.
